Alicia Barnes abarnes@kw.com
Alicia is one of metro-Atlanta's most accomplished and respected real estate professionals. Her demonstrated performance in new home sales and unparalleled caring for her customers and team members make her the real estate partner of choice. In 2005, she had over 45-million dollars in real estate transactions. Alicia is proud to be the #1 Group in the Southeast Region and in the top 1% of Groups for Keller Williams Realty® International in 2005 & 2006. Her team is also ranked as the Top Team for the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS® and has ranked in the top 10 agents in the Association since 1999.
Alicia and her husband Gerry joined Keller Williams Realty® in July 2002. Shortly after joining, she realized that it was time to build a team of highly-skilled agents to continue the legacy of excellence that her builders and clients had come to expect. AIicia's team of highly-respected agents share her extensive knowledge and success strategies. In addition, her recognition of sales talent, and her undying desire to mold her team members into superstars makes her team a unique find for both builders and clients.
The team has been awarded the honor of being Top Sales Group in the Company for the Southeast Region and ranked in the top 10 internationally. Alicia has qualified in the Communities Magazine Top 100 Agents since first being recognized in 2000. Since starting her real estate career she has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer. Alicia is currently a member of the Atlanta Homebuilders Association, Sales and Marketing Council (SMC), and a Phoenix Life Member of the Million Dollar Club.
Alicia holds a CSP (Certified Sales Professional) designation, and has completed the Institute of Residential Marketing (IRM) Marketing courses. Alicia was recognized in the 2004 Atlanta's Magazine as being one of the Top Agents in the Atlanta and surrounding areas. Alicia currently oversees strategic development for the team and is Operating Partner for the Keller Williams Atlanta Metro East Office. She is an expert instructor in new home sales and builder relations and has been a licensed real estate professional since 1985.

Gerry Toney has been a licensed realtor since 1996, specializing in New Home Sales. He is a Certified New Home Sales Professional. (CSP). He comes from a mechanical and sales background, which makes him very knowledgeable in the building industry. He worked as a service technician with the same company for 20 years. In addition to being the Support Manager for Alicia Barnes & Associates, Gerry and Alicia have been married since 1995.
Before obtaining his real estate license, he worked part time for Harmon Publishing / Harmon Homes, a real estate advertising company. Since obtaining his license, he has been the on-site agent in several new home communities and coordinates our builder support staff and strategic sales development initiatives.
